Sher Home Expert Limited provides home and kitchen solutions, including the supply and installation of kitchen appliances, furniture, sanitary products, home appliances and related technical and installation services.
2. Products and Services
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, product specifications, availability, colours, finishes and features may change from time to time based on manufacturers' updates and availability.
Where necessary, we may provide an alternative product or specification only with the customer's knowledge and approval.
3. Quotations and Prices
All quotations provided by Sher Home Expert Limited are subject to the terms stated on the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation.
- Prices are subject to product availability.
- Additional work or materials not included in the original quotation may attract additional charges.
- Transportation, delivery, installation and other service charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
- The final amount payable will be clearly communicated before the customer makes payment.
4. Orders and Payment
An order may only be considered confirmed after the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Sher Home Expert Limited.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and order details supplied to us are accurate.
Where an order requires a deposit or advance payment, the applicable payment terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates provided by Sher Home Expert Limited are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including product availability, transportation issues, supplier delays, weather, access restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for delivery.
6. Installation Services
Where installation is included, installation will be carried out according to the manufacturer's requirements and the conditions of the installation site.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is reasonably prepared before installation, including where applicable:
- Appropriate electrical power and sockets
- Proper water and drainage connections
- Gas supply and appropriate connections
- Adequate ventilation
- Suitable cabinetry and furniture preparation
- Appropriate access to the installation area
Where additional work is required because the site is not adequately prepared, such work may attract an additional charge.
Where a customer instructs us to proceed despite an identified site limitation, such instruction may be documented in the installation report.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery and installation and report any visible damage, missing components or other concerns as soon as reasonably possible.
Where an installation has been completed and tested successfully, the customer may be asked to acknowledge completion.
This does not remove any applicable statutory consumer rights or manufacturer's warranty rights.
8. Product Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to products where provided by the manufacturer.
Sher Home Expert Limited may assist customers with warranty-related matters where applicable, but the specific terms, duration and coverage of a manufacturer's warranty are determined by the relevant manufacturer.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation by an unauthorised person, electrical problems, voltage fluctuations, external damage or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, subject to applicable law and the manufacturer's warranty terms.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws and the specific terms communicated to the customer.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed description, the customer should contact us promptly so that the matter can be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided.
Any cancellation charges or non-refundable costs will be communicated clearly before the customer enters into the transaction.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
- Providing reasonable access to the installation location.
- Ensuring that site requirements communicated by us are completed before installation.
- Following product operating and maintenance instructions.
- Providing truthful information regarding existing electrical, plumbing, gas or structural conditions.
- Informing us of any known site hazards before our personnel attend the property.
11. Third-Party Products and Manufacturers
Some products supplied by Sher Home Expert Limited are manufactured by third-party brands.
Manufacturer specifications, warranties, manuals and policies may therefore apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sher Home Expert Limited will provide its products and services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.
We will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including our logo, photographs, graphics, text, designs and other materials, belongs to Sher Home Expert Limited or is used with appropriate permission.
